My iMac airport card blew, and being a vintage model, Apple couldn't assist. Creative could, and did. They fixed the problem, and at the same time upgraded my hard drive to SSD. When my back ups messed up (something I tried to restore myself and failed) Creative restored it effortlessly and at a fair price. Am already recommending to friends.
