Outside and lobby areas are gorgeous and well main...

Outside and lobby areas are gorgeous and well maintained... The room however looks tired, dents,chips etc. On the walls.. the carpet could do with being replaced or at least a deep clean.

Plug hole was rusty in the bath and just general cleanliness was poor - for a "DE-VERE" hotel I expected better.

Overall good experience though
