Last night we tried to eat here in the evening. That was not so easy: the haxe offered at the entrance with a large sign did not exist anymore. Alternatively, I ordered the boot spit. It did not exist anymore.
Then I ordered heaven and earth. When the food arrived, the black pudding was quite hard and inedible. The food apparently came warmed up from the microwave. I let that go back and ordered a schnitzel as a substitute. Luckily the hock was suddenly available again. That was okay.
But food from the microwave I can make myself at home.
Summary: Guest room is nice and service friendly, but in the kitchen a chef is missing and on the toilet someone who sometimes cleans the mirror on the sink - that looks unappetizing. That's why I'm only a star.
