4 star rating only because of employee Kyle Cullin...

4 star rating only because of employee Kyle Cullins, who did a 5 star job. A very excellent experience because of his professionalism all around. He not only did an amazingly thorough job, but he was most pleasant and courteous as well. We are very grateful to have had him.

Without Kyle saving the day, we would not have been able to rate ServiceMasters of Salem high at all because of an atrocious display of the worst case lack of good customer service. An appointment time was scheduled by Samantha for "sometime in the afternoon." I appreciated that because as I had informed them already, I worked graveyard and slept through most mornings. I was up that day by 11 am. No one showed, so at 3 pm I called Service Masters. They said Kyle had been there at 1130 am, rang the bell, and then waited for a long time out front. Naturally I knew this was untrue since I was up and waiting. I spoke to someone else to lodge a complaint, and was told he was scheduled to be there at 12 pm that day. ??? Then I checked my phone and found that Kyle had been there at 10 am that morning and had waited. Remember Samantha had told me in the afternoon sometime. I rescheduled for the next convenient time for ServiceMaster, NOT the next convenient time for me at all. This resulted in both my husband and myself having to put off our bedtime for hours that morning.

I can only assume that all this confusing conflict which resulted in 4 different appointment times being claimed, is probably because ServiceMaster prefers to do things when they are able, and not when their customers are. Pursuing the issue, I saw an amazing jumble of something I do not want to see again. Unless I know that I will get Kyle to clean for me. ServiceMasters owe a big Thanks to him for not only cleaning my house well, but also for cleaning up the offices dysfunctional big mess also.
