Arrived on time for my appointment and was greeted professionally by my service consultant, who walked me through the process. My issue was instantly addressed under warranty and I was also informed that I could save a fair amount of money by enrollment in Audicare. Excellent visit that was handled in less than 30 minutes while I waited in the comfort of their waiting lounge.
