Went to buy a dress for my daughter's prom. It obviously needed to be altered so I asked for a quote to alter the dress. When it came time to get the dress altered the alteration dept quadrupled what they had quoted me. The manager got involved but all she could do was offer a 10% off . I bought the dress on the strength of that quote. I do not appreciate being upsold alterations once I had bought the dress and it wasn't returnable. The dress was altered for much less somewhere else. You've lost a customer
