This Toyota has the most terrible customer service...

This Toyota has the most terrible customer service in their service department. They have been rude and made mistakes several times for me. The last time, the lady asked me if I wanted some extra service. I said no several times. She still tried to charge me for the service, then reluctantly cancelled the service after she yelled at me for a few minutes, insisting I had said yes. She told me, "For the record, you said, 'yes', but I will cancel it anyway." I confirmed with people around me that I had said no more than once. Even if I was wrong, she should be gracious enough to not yell at me for disagreeing. For the next few weeks, I was bombarded with calls and emails from her asking me to take their customer survey and give her a 10. Are you kidding me?

Now, I've sold my car and the new owner made an appointment with them, giving them their new contact information, yet I've just received the confirmation email for that appointment. I let the new owner know about the email and my experience. They told me Toyota was extremely rude when they called to cancel the appointment.

This Toyota is just horribly rude and incompetent. Don't bring your car here!
