I went there in December, the place was not clean and the staff were not friendly or helpful, but they got the job done.

After several months of Physical Therapy my doctor recommended that I see a Neurologist for a surgical consultantation. The Neurosurgeon's office staff advised that I will need to bring the CD. Sunset Radiology didn't provide me with a CD, only a written report. I contacted Sunset Radiology and spoke to Leslie. I explained that I would like my CD picked up by a family member as I work 10 hours a day and the office is not in a convenient location. She advised that the only way to do that is to have a "Noterized Release" form. There are no exceptions.

I believe that when possible there should always be exceptions. Upon filling out all the paperwork prior to my MRI I provided my email address. In today's day in age of technology, and email really should suffice. It almost feels like they are making extra difficult because they don't want to be bothered with making you the CD.
