CURRENT STUDENTS who complain that they can not reach facilitators etc: You are paying to study via correspondence. This is not Wits or UCT where lecturers are available to discuss matters and work through issues. My experience has been very similar but I was warned when applying. Remember there is a REASON you are paying one third tuiton (as compared with said universities). STOP COMPLAINING. You pay for what you get. Done. I still reckon it's a good university where distance learning is concerned. Thanks
