We went to purchase a beer tap at the Anaheim Hills location. They only had a used one. I was very apprehensive to purchase a used beer tap but unfortunately Bevmo did not have a new one for me to purchase. So I bought it for the FULL PRICE ($60.00) under the advice of the cashier saying that it was sanitized. They did not advise me that this was a non-returnable item. I took the product home and I pondered my purchase. I decided I was not going to use it and take it back. When I tried to return the item the Bevmo customer service rep became very confrontational telling me that they would not take my purchase back because of COVID19. So much so that another cashier started raising her voice to me. I tried to reason with them, telling that that they had sold me a "USED" beer tap and didn't go by any health/safety standards because they said they sanitized it. Why couldn't they sanitize it again after my return. Makes zero sense. Receipt Number Transaction #33 - Terminal 2 - Store 183.
