I use Kodiak's services year-round (snow removal plus lawn care including weekly cutting). I have always found Kodiak staff to be reliable, friendly and responsive to questions. Any issues, the very few I've had in the near 10+ years I've enlisted their services, are quickly and efficiently addressed.
