I expected a lot from a well situated 5 star Hotel...

I expected a lot from a well situated 5 star Hotel. The Customer service was dull and pretentious. I asked for help with the a la cart menu, but was never given the requested information. Hardly any native English speaking employees, made things harder to understand. Impudent front of house manager. Certainly not worth the inflated price.
