Pizza Caboose is the best pizza in the area if you like pizza! They have 2 glorious locations. One in Tigard (original store since 1971) and one in Rock Creek (Somerset West). The Rock Creek location also serves fried chicken. They both serve legendary potato 'spikes'. ;)

I grew up near the Rock Creek location. I have been going there since I was 8 (around 1981). I actually thought all pizza places were this good back when my world was smaller. Low and behold I found out I was spoiled by the best pizza in the area. Other places just cannot compare.

The staff is really nice and helpful and you can tell they actually want to work there.

They have special trucks for delivery which are designed to keep the pizzas as warm as fresh as possible.
