I had a claim because of a delay during my trip. Instructions for filing a claim were clear and helpful. I was able to email all supporting documents to Seven Corners. I was expecting to wait several weeks, but heard back that my claim was approved in just a couple of days. I am very pleased with Seven Corners - no hassles, no stalling - just great service.
