This is a view of my experience with Carlson Toyota, its been horrible! The last 4 times were the worst . My wifes 2016 Camry battery failed, I had it checked out and it was not able to take a load. Told the customer service manager that I had issues with their service in the past and I explained what the problems were in the past. I knew that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. After waiting for some time the service rep. told me the battery was checked out and was good. I explained to him again that he battery needed to be replaced, and he had better have mechanic check it out again. He later came back and said that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced!! In the past I have had my wifes car in for the Toyota new car reccomend service .twice they didn't do what is required. I marked the tires to make sure that they rotated them. They were checked off that they were rotated but were not! This was the second time that they had not done what they said they did. There is more to issue that I have had with Carlson in the past, every since the change they made a few years ago. My family and neighbors have bought many Toyota's from Carlson toyota in the past starting back many years ago, but we will no longer be buying more cars from Carlson!!
