If you want to stay right in the middle of the city, this hotel is one of the best. It's a walking distance to the parliament building, Inner Harbour and James Bay. The view from the 10th floor is spectacular (my picture #gregozphotos), you can see the Empress hotel and yachts moored in the harbour. The staff was friendly and the check in was a breeze. Some parts of the hotel need a little update though and the elevators are dated.
