One star is too much to give,

As a guest, the horrible customer service i experienced and witnessed was nightmarish so I cant even imagine what the Groom and Bride have had to deal with considering how much they've put in monetarily expecting certain things and getting nowhere near it.

This venue has used a pandemic to scam countless unfortunate newlyweds out of hard earned money and ruined the biggest nights of their lives if other weddings have also gone as horrible as the one I attended went.

If you are the owner and would like to salvage your reputation I highly suggest reorganizing your management and try to compensate your customers that were thieved of their Wedding nights to some degree.
