Normally I don't waste my time and leave reviews but I just had to do it. I've ordered food from this restaurant on uber eats at least ten times, I've done call ahead orders three times, and I've dined in the restaurant twice and the one good thing I can say is the food is always amazing, hot, and fresh. I would never take that away from Chef Robs. The one star given is because the two times I've dined in I had the worst experiences. Worst services ever. Me and my family waited about ten minutes to actually get greeted
( not because of staffing issues either)
just because the lady really didn't seem interested in waiting on us. We finally got our food, it was missing an item, another server had to help because our server was no where to be found, to get that item took another 15 mins, we had to get silverware from other tables because we didn't have enough, and we had to ask for napkins. One of the kids spilled a drink on the floor and I had to wipe it up with no help from the servers or Mexican cleanup staff they had. The floor was damp and someone could have slipped but nobody cared. When we received the checks they added the gratuity which in all the restaurants Ive frequented through out the years I've never had that happen to me. I tipped on top of the gratuity but I defiantly won't be back. I guess the staff judged us from the moment we walked in. We had just came back from hiking and we choose to go there after. I've told all of my buckhead mom friends to try Chef Robs but now if they ask me about it I have to say uber eats only. That service is embarrassing and I wouldn't want that associated with me at all.
