I never write reviews, but this awful experience needed to be public knowledge. We came thinking we were well prepared for a day of skiing as we did the research on the website, and even called the day of. Got to the mountain and got completely different information about prices, lessons, and rentals. On top of that very uninformed staff, or just plain rude. The rental process was a nightmare.
Signs are everywhere around the place but serve no help, as the staff has something totally different to say. Mind you we went on a non-busy week day and they were still unorganized. Can t even imagine during peak season.

So many people around us shared in our frustration whether it be about the prices, times, trails or even the overall rudeness of the staff.

Save yourself the trip find another mountain.
