If I could leave a 0 star I would have. The easier answer is what was done right vs. what was done wrong. On top of his terrible work, not standing behind his work, and trying to sneak in extra charges on a large build, Reese is quite the liar. I knew the work that had been done to my car was bad, but I did not realize how bad it was until I took it to a more reputable shop in the area for a redo because it was tuned so poorly (BTW, Reece's locked tunes are not locked because they such a great trade secret, they are locked to prevent others from seeing how bad they are). At that point MTI was lucky I did not hire a lawyer as an entire laundry list of problems were found, but since I was an out of state customer I would have had to hire a lawyer in GA that I did not know. My advice to anyone still wanting to have work done here - Record all your phone conversations, get all of your estimates itemized with GOOD descriptions of the parts they are using, ask for invoices from when/where they got your parts to avoid cheap substitutions, and get a signed copy of the parts that come off the car you ask to keep otherwise they will claim them for theirs to re-sell or throw away. I learned my lesson the hard way, and hopefully this will keep someone else from making that same mistake.
