I am VERY disappointed in the Omni. I used their valet service Sunday prior to a wedding that was held there. When I went to the front desk to have my car brought to me, I was charged full price for the valet service even though it was supposed to be free for the event. Regardless, I paid for the service and went to the doors to wait for my car. I waited for over 15 minutes (mind you there was not one single other person waiting for their car, I was the only person there) before I decided to walk outside in the cold to try and find a valet person. I had assumed there was no one present at the valet stand since they were getting my vehicle. I found out that this was not true when I noticed my vehicle sitting right there, parked in the first row. So, obviously my car had not even begun to be retrieved. I walked over to my car just to be sure it was indeed my vehicle and it was. When I turned around I noticed the valet was just then walking up to the valet desk, I told him do not bother to get my car since it is literally RIGHT here and he proceeded to apologize and handed me my keys. He said something about a manager and I simply told him that I have been waiting for 30 minutes now for my vehicle that I can literally see and need to be on my way to relieve my babysitter. I took my keys and walked to my car. I have yet to be contacted by the Hotel, nor have the charges of $30+ been taken off my credit card bill. I am very disappointed in how this situation was handled.
