Absolutely would not work with me to rebook a book...

Absolutely would not work with me to rebook a booking during COVID-19 crisis. Booking was 6 months in advance through Snaptravel. Tried working with both companies to reschedule travel (not cancel) and both gave me a complete runaround telling me they'd be happy to help if the other would just approve. After trying for two months, i have been informed that they are simply keeping my money and not providing any compensation for my loss.
