Unfortunately, I too have bad experiences. I hardly ever write reviews. The customer service is below par (always someone else who answers messages in the app, telephone team with insufficient knowledge and forwarding to the right department is simply not possible). Simple questions escalate and problems are not resolved. Eventually I canceled my insurance (within 6 days). During that time I spoke, chatted and chatted with 9 employees of the Amersfoortse, without any result. I also don't feel that they find the cancellation annoying. Are they immediately rid of my question / problem.
