worst staff and worst service provider in malaysia...

worst staff and worst service provider in malaysia , you staff don't know the requirements for the foreign application

and when i provided they refuse the thing that they ask for

they are totally unprofessional, been 4 month applying and can not get internet !!

waste 600 Rm untill now and can not get money

they fail to reply me for 40 days and eventually they cancel and ask me to wait for 90 days for refund !!!! if you don't to proceed at least give back deposit money on time !!! this is really ridiculous!
