I had the honour and privilege to present at the McGees Fitzroy annual Masterclass (May 2019). In the lead up to the masterclass the communication and briefing with the executive team was exceptional. This demonstrated the importance of the masterclass as a team development opportunity; and how much they value their team. During the masterclass everyone participated fully, ensuring they gained as much as they could. With multiple state offices coming together, they seamlessly collaborated during group activities. Dedicated, collaborative, clever and incredibly personable is how I would describe this group!
