Stayed in Four Season for a weekend last and would like to share my experience:

Service was good, was greeted nicely by the well mannered staffs upon arrival and got a room upgrade as we were on a staycation for a birthday celebration, we really appreciate the extra effort to make our stay more memorable.

The room was really clean and there were extra measures taken to ensure that items at the mini bar area were properly cleaned and sanitised. We were also provided with face masks that was nicely sealed in a ziplock bag and also a packet of antibacterial wipes.

The breakfast selection was really good too, but the portions were really too much for a starter and main, we had to take out some of the dishes that we didn t manage to finish, the the staffs gladly packed the extras for us.

Would have given a 5 star rating, unfortunately the were some short comings during breakfast. The overall experience could have been better with the breakfast crowd, and efficiency with serving and not forgetting our request for additional condiments. We waited quite some time for the drinks and starters, and even checked on our order twice. Tried to get the attention of some of the staff despite some of them making eye contact, but they just walked passed without acknowledging. Guest whom arrived and order later than us had their breakfast served earlier than us.

There was also no proper checks and control at the pool to prevent guest that do not have proper swimming attire to access the pool, as this should be a serious hygiene issue. There was also no staff around to monitor other guest and their kids who were diving into the pool causing water to splashed on other guest who were chilling by the pool side, it was quite a nuisance.
