Terrible, they canceled my reservation, I was not notified. While they gave me the room, they were outraged the next day by my complaints on social networks from this bad event, and decided that they would deny the breakfast service that was not only planned, was in the initial confirmation of my reservation months ago. I do not really find any way to understand this type of actions. I see with sadness how they retaliate like children in dispute. I firmly believe that I will not return, it will surely be a relief for Timhotel, however I believe that they must learn to resolve conflicts, with vocation of service, and conciliatory spirit.
