Being a new customer to Jetspot,I am not having go...

Being a new customer to Jetspot,I am not having good experience for Fiber connection they have provided.I took coneection from March and I was facing frequent disconnection,for which I have contacted the Jetspot team and all the time they say we are looking into it.Also, they say we have resolved it from our end without visiting.After Fani,neither they are responding to emails/phone calls till today.Taking this connection is big loss for me when I have spend more than 3k on installation excluding the router.
