I recently rented a car from Nelson Rentals, Inc. The process was fairly straightforward and the staff was generally helpful. However, I did encounter a few issues during my rental. The car had a lot of scratches and dings, which made me question the company's maintenance standards. Additionally, the interior of the car was not very clean, and it had a strange smell. Overall, my experience with Nelson Rentals, Inc. was just average.
