Not sure what's the service like after paying in. But found Mr. Saund to be arrogant enough to begin with. Good thing I called to ask if he could take my case.

My sister and family won't apply for immigration till we are sure that their parents won't have an issue as there are some abnormalities. I called him to discuss the case to see if there are any specifics that will need to be taken care of before filing principal applicant's case with him. The guy did not even bother getting into details rather asks to file for sister first and then we will look after the mother's case and hung up.

Sounds more of a lawyer for F.O.Bs. No class, no etiquettes or professionalism.
