CJ is very disrespectful and a disgusting person to consult a deal with. CJ was very irate and unprofessional while coordinating a deal for my mother. CJ threatened to not refund a down payment on a car deal that did not go through at no fault to my mother. CJ yelled at my mother and I when my mother asked him imperative questions regarding her deal and all that her deal entailed. CJ should be fired and has no skills or intelligence to deal with the public in a customer service environment. Allen was very helpful and patient while consulting with my mother on the details of the car agreement. Allen is the person to see when coordinating a deal and CJ should NOT be employeed at Fredy Kia on Gulf Freeway because he is very rude and told my mother and I to get out of his office because he says that she asked him the same question on multiple occasions while trying to gain clarity of all the finite details of her total payment for the car she was interested in purchasing. I hope that his superior will fire him because he does not know how to converse with the public. CJ is very incompetent and does not have any respect for customers coming to his office to spend their money which is keeping him employeed.
