The tour was nice, especially the taste of ice cream at the end. We went on a weekday expecting it to be quiet - surprise! Parking lots were full, there were tons of people. The line for ice cream was so long, we decided to skip that. But, we only had a 30 minute wait for our tour to start, and we used the opportunity to peruse the gift store and look around at the displays. The staff does a wonderful job! Learned a bit about ice cream too!
