There was an issues with my room upon arrival. However I was thoroughly impressed with how empathetic and accommodating Valerie and Yaevick were. They found me a suite that was so much better. They even personally walked me to it first To ensure that I was comfortable and happy with it. This is what I call excellent customer service. Way to go above and beyond to improve the customer experience!
