It's a Very Good Company. As a company it is awesome. But if anyone is joining the OTM Project, it is a strict NOOOO. The management of OTM project is very bad. Learning is zero. Only things you need to know is buttering. In a very simple word it is a headache. The best part is you never know when you will be fired (Surprise). If you don't trust this feedback try taking the feedback before joining for the OTM project.
