I have visited this franchise of Gloria Jeans twice, and on both occasions, I was spoken to abruptly and with hostility. The first time, I was given the wrong information about a menu item, and spoken down to. The second time I dealt with the store manager who actually screamed at me. When I explained to her that her manner was rude, she rolled her eyes, ignored me and walked off refusing to serve me. They don't even deserve the 1 star. I have never experienced this kind of serve from any Gloria Jeans franchise nor any coffee shop - so I am lost for words how this place manages to keep their franchisee licence. My advice to Gloria Jeans - let this franchise go, their conduct is damaging to your reputation.
Suggestions to customers who experience abrasive service - report the bad customer service as a complaint via the Customer Feedback form on the website. Be sure to state the address location of the franchise and the time and date of your visit with an explanation of the incident. All complaints are forwarded to the Area Manager who will then need to liaise with the store.
