The wife made a appointment for our caravan to have some minor repairs done and we were set and ready to go the next day. Went into courtesy with high expectations given some referrals and would have to say our first experience was possibly our last. We told an advisor that we had an appointment for our daughter so we were only wanting a estimate on a price as well as timing for repairs. We had sat in the waiting room for an hour before hearing anything. When we were told the estimated cost for some minor repairs I was disappointed. I understand the mechanics have to make money too but 7**.00 for a couple seat buckles to be fixed and a sliding door that needs greasing?. We will being going elsewhere and hope that maybe in the future we could give courtesy another chance. I cannot stress enough people get estimates before making a final decision.
