This is only the second time i have went back and revised a review on Google out of about 40. I had previously given this company a 1 star not only because it is the lowest score you can give a company, but there is only ONE STAR in this cluster of uninformative and uninformed group of people that ive dealt with at Kurios for the last 2 years. Manny. Honesty, integrety, service, hard working, result driven, reliable are just a few traits that i have seen Manny display over the last 5-6 years. Before his calling at Kurios, Manny did a lot of side jobs to support his family and the first time my family and I hired him we knew we had our "Handy Manny".
One day my wife called me on my way home from work and said I had a salesmen waiting for me to talk about solar. I was not very happy, until, i learned it was Manny. So of course i listened to his spiel. Of course with my trust in Mannys word even as a salesman at a new gig and the obvious benefits of solar itself, we signed up, even referred our neighbors who signed up earning us $500($260 after taxes). Since then we have had a few issues, some resolved, most not. I usually get the same answers of i dont knows and not our faults. This last instance is what prompted me to finally write a bad review. And then Manny called. I had figured he seen the review. There was no i dont knows or thats not my department or sorry to hear t gfat but... what Nanny said isim going to qork on getting all of your issues resolved. I need to make this right. I told him i did not want the construction manager to come over and do an inspection been there done that. I told him if he could some way some how get my compensated for the month and a half of stored energy we missed out on because of a part failure, that i would modify my review.
3 days later Manny came to my work upon my request and presented me with a check. Well Manny, a deal is a deal. You definately resolved my latest complaint and continue to be someone who goes above and beyond to make sure the people you do business with are satisfied. You continue to amaze me sir. Thank you Manny.
Kurios, i would not let go of this man. I dont care if the inventor of the solar panel wanted to replace this man, i would still >>itake Mannys job cuz my money would be a Manny to find a w asy.
