Very efficient at collecting rents yet shockingly incompetent at property maintenance.

Sending an email to 'Maintenance @ delrentals' is like having a conversation with an old boot - at some point, you'll realize that it's you who is crazy for trying.

100+ days and counting since I asked them to replace the weather stripping on the front door. The US has vaccinated 80 million people in the same time.

I ended up buying supplies for 30 bucks at Home Depot and did it myself. Let's see if/how long it will take to get reimbursed. My money is on never.
