I have used the OKC Volvo Service Center for almost 14 years and have only had good experiences. Kristina and Kris both are fabulous to deal with, keep you informed during the process, offer great solutions, etc. Just got my car back yesterday after major work and this morning Kristina texted to make sure I was satisfied. And to the guys in the shop that work hard to make sure my car stays in great shape, thank you! You are the ones making it happen... There is a reason I keep coming back. Thanks again for always making me feel like your only/favorite customer! :)
