Unfortunately me and my friend stayed in a room with broken heater. We thought the hotels in USA keep the temperature low on purpose. Sadly, we were idiots. I complained on the last night I stay, and they changed my room into twin bed room even I booked queen bed room. Thanks but I wish we've got normal room first.
