I had a crack in my foundation that caused some seepage. Corey patched the crack, quickly explaining the process and care of the patch. Other than the patched wall you would never have known he was here (cleaner after he left). :) A week later we had a big rain storm and I had more seepage. I called Innovative Basements again and Corey arrived to save the day. It turns out that there was an additional crack that was hard to see and was missed. Not only did Corey come the same day that I called, he fixed it, arriving after his regular scheduled appointments and staying late to complete the work....all at no extra charge.
