My experience with Ken's has been wonderful. We started using Ken's 11 years ago and have never gone to another store for any TV or stereo equipment. The employees are great and the service is outstanding! I had an issue on Sunday with my TV while watching the Falcons game. I had one of the service managers cell number. I texted him my issue and within 4 mins the problem was solved. I was blown away that he even responded. I always recommend Ken's when I know someone is looking for quality products, problem free installation and excellent customer service!
