Beautiful, and interesting to learn the history of its creation. Too crowded at top to enjoy the views. Too many people don't seem to understand allowing others to see the view and instead refuse to move away. Signs are needed at the north and south bases letting you know the new entrance is actually at the street level across from the old courthouse.
