Please do not choose this institute unless you have literally no other choice in the world and even then i think self study is a better option. I had enrolled into the A levels programme and speaking from experience i have to say that enrolling in this college has to be one of the biggest mistake in my life that i still regret to this day. Despite it being a large campus the quality of education provided here is complete trash. My fellow classmates had a saying when we were studying at TARC which was affordable price, affordable quality. Please do not prioritize the money for a completely trashy education quality. Trust me you will regret it. The lecturers are complete trash with 0 know how to communicate with students, the notes given are outdated and complete trash with very little information. Physics was by far the worst as NOT EVEN A SINGLE NOTES WAS GIVEN!!. Lecturers just play slides upon slides trying to finish the class as fast as possible without a hoot of caring if the students do actually understand what they teach as the students race to copy blindly only to find they have completely no idea what they have just done. Because of this complete lack of guidance and complete sorry excuse for a school i had flunked my A LEVELS EXAMS bad and although i regret ever setting foot in this college i am now doing foundation in science at Heriot-Watt University and i have to say the difference is unprecedented. Before you judge me for being a weak student keep in mind that in my SPM examinations i had obtained 9A+ AND 1B+ and in my current SEMESTER 1 FOUNDATION EXAMINATION AT Heriot-Watt University Malaysia(HWUM) i obtained all 90+ for all four of my subjects. This clearly differentiates a great institute from a terrible one. HWUM has to be one of the best universities in Malaysia. Unlike TARUC the lectures in HWUM provides you with all the information you need and with complete full support as the lectures genuinely do care if the students understand what is being thought, as they even monitor your progress closely and provide advice and mentoring to help those that need it even if the students dont recognize they need help until its too late. I can keep going on my nightmarish experiences with this trash uni but i might just end up writing a whole book about it if i do. The reason why i a writing this review is to warn people not to fall into the same trap as i did from being a star student to completely depressing results as i fell into a deep depression after my A levels programme at TARUC and i dont want to see other people go through the same pain as i did just because of a completely trash university such as this one. Please make the wise choice of completely avoiding this sorry piece of an excuse for a higher education institution
