When I called to inquire about my ceiling fan I was informed there was a cost just for the electrician to come out and that he would be able to fix the problem with my ceiling fan and pay additional charge to fix it. I ended up spending $200 and never got buy ceiling fan fixed. I had to pay for the electrician to come out to my house, then I had to pay for the electrician to find out what was wrong with the ceiling fan but not fix the ceiling fan. He informed me I would have to pay more to have them install another ceiling fan if I wanted him to. This company is a rip off! This company doesn't deserve even 1 star but I had to click it to post this review.
