Overall stay was excellent! Kudos to the nice, cozy ambiance of the room, as well as to the friendly and accomodating staff at the reception, pool, bar and in the buffet area. They are all helpful and always serves with a smile. Got dissapointed with the shuttle driver on our way to the hotel. Because after we have waited for 20 minutes, he just choose the lady foreigner to ride alone eventhough we can fit already on the first pick-up. He's actions made us felt discriminated and already gave us a bad experience in terms of service. I do hope the driver will be re-oriented on Customer Service so the same tragedy will not repeat to other families who just want a happy staycation experience.
