We arrived at 5.30pm to an umade room. The alternate room smelt strongly of smoking for our entire 3 day stay. On day 2 went left the hotel at 8.00am and returned at 3.30pm to find our room still umade with no clean towels and an umade bed. We had to wait 40 mins in the hotel bar while our roon was serviced. Not a pleasant stay!
