Pinnacol has done some great work in improving the interaction with their clients (like me!). The yearly audit is easy to do and fast. The billing (monthly premium payments) can be tailored to a company's needs ... if I want to get my annual premium paid in 4 months or 8 months Pinnacol can tailor that to a company's need.
