I am an Indonesian citizen who has worked in Malaysia for 8 years. Every time there is an interest to take care of the embassy I always go to Penang because I know that all the processes of On Time are won and the staff are very polite and patient to serve all those concerned.
But this time I went to the Indonesian embassy KL for a passport extension. All my friends have reminded me about the service of the Indonesian Embassy in KL. Most of my close relatives they were disappointed with the service there.
It turned out that disappointment was also experienced by me.
Because I reached the beginning before the office was opened, the people around tried to lie to them so they could get more money, I sincerely shared the money and did not have to lie to others.

Likewise with his staff, all staff are very friendly and provide answers that are right for and consistent.

But the staff at Counter 14 on behalf of Ayu Tia Aswati, From the queue number 29 And my number 169, I can still wait but after I heard the number 200 Already called I was still trying to be patient, but I was confused and asked the security there and he said depending on His counter staff is not a queue.

Finally after a long wait From 9am to 2pm I ventured to Siri to ask with him because only he could give an answer.

I wasn't able to get an answer but instead he asked me to fight with the support of the friend next to him no. 13.
At first I was ashamed to serve this quarrel because he looked young and used a veil.

But he said he was like a Muslim, as a result either intentional or not only Allah who knows and is lucky I am still hanging out in the embassy cafeteria while enjoying Indonesian food.

He called me again and lightly said I was told to come back again because there was a technical error, and because of his mistake I was told to queue again until all the customers were gone.

Here I try to test patience q To not be angry, thank God where God hears.

Indeed I am not angry but the 3 people in front of me are already ashamed enough to scold him for being unprofessional and slow at work.

Alhamdulillah It's been 2 weeks until now my passport hasn't finished yet.

Already called the embassy office and said he could not get approval there must be a follow-up from the counter staff 14.

So I ask Sam Ayu Tia to be professional and let me know when I can receive my passport.
