Initially I thought you were a company that caters to their customers and operates in a profitable way but I was wrong. Telekom has disappointed me. In short: the contract expires, so I called and I said that we don't necessarily want to give up but we would like to remove a service from the package. Said and done! The operator told me what steps to take and told me that I will also receive a landline (equipment for rent). I took all the steps, all the bureaucracy but it seems that Telekom did not register the request in the system in time. And then when I called a few times and apologized for not sending the request in time, they told me that I will not receive that phone for rent. One tells me something, another something ... Incompetence and disrespect towards clients. I do not recommend! PS: the calls are recorded so it can be easily verified, which I say here :)
